If you do not have a password for your Mercari account because you use an authentication method like Google, Facebook, or Apple, you can create a new password to connect your account in Foxtail. Creating a password will not affect your ability to use Google, Facebook, or Apple authentication outside of Foxtail.

Hit Log in:

On the Log In screen click on Forgot Password?

Enter your email address and hit the Send button:

Mercari will send instructions to your email:

Follow the link in the Mercari email to reset your password (even if you never had one):

Next, enter a new password and click the Save button:

Mercari will confirm your password has saved:

Return to the Foxtail app and click on the Settings icon to visit the Marketplace connections tab:

Choose Mercari:

Enter your email and the password you just created:
