Setup required
The Foxtail app will show the warning “Setup required” if you need to add details to the marketplace prior to linking. Visit our article Marketplace Setup and Requirements to review specific requirements for each marketplace.
We have detected your account is not properly setup for listing
This error means you need to add account details to a marketplace before you can link it to Foxtail. You can find marketplace requirements in our article, Marketplace Setup and Requirements.
Use username and password to link your account
You must use a username and password when connecting to most markets. If you do not have a password because you use a different authentication method like Google, Facebook, or Apple, you can create a new password. Simply hit the "Forgot my password" prompt on the marketplace's login page. You will be prompted by the marketplace to create a new password for your account. Creating a password will not affect your ability to use Google, Facebook, or Apple authentication outside of Foxtail.

Listing Errors (in the eBay app)
Listings created or imported into the Foxtail app can only be managed in the Foxtail app and/or eBay's seller portal in the browser.
eBay listings created with Foxtail cannot be managed in the eBay app.
