How Automatic Delisting Works
How Automatic Delisting Works
Updated over 2 months ago

Foxtail keeps track of your inventory so you won't sell items you don't have in stock. If the last of an item sells on one marketplace, Foxtail will trigger an automatic removal of that posting from all other platforms.

Here's how it works:

Setting Your Inventory

When creating or editing a listing, use the Quantity field to inform Foxtail about how many of a particular item you have for sale.

Tracking Quantity

As you start selling items, Foxtail will continuously update and display your remaining quantity. This way, you can keep a close eye on your stock levels. If you need to make changes to the available quantity, you can do so at any time by editing your active listing.

Automatic Delisting

When the last of your items has sold, Foxtail will automatically end the listing across all the platforms where it's posted. You don't need to worry about manually deleting or deactivating; Foxtail takes care of this for you.

You can review any sold or sold out listings by visiting the Sold tab under Listings.

If you have any questions you can reach our Support team in the app or by emailing [email protected].
