How are listings counted?
How are listings counted?
Updated over 2 weeks ago

Your Foxtail plan allows you to manage a specific number of listings. This number is called your allotment, and it works differently than a monthly refresh system. Here's how listings are tallied:

What Is My Allotment?

  • Your allotment is the maximum number of listings you can manage with Foxtail at any time.

  • Your allotment does NOT reset at the start of a new month. Instead, it is a continuous total based on the listings you currently manage.

Check the pricing page to see our available plans.

How to Find Your Allotment:

  1. Tap the Settings icon to access the Account tab. From there, select Subscription.

Your total allotment of listings will be displayed, as well as your usage

.

How Are Listings Counted?

  • Every item you manage with Foxtail counts towards your allotment.

  • If you delete a listing, it frees up space in your allotment for a new listing.

  • To manage more listings than your current allotment allows, you’ll need to upgrade your plan.

New Listings

Each new listing counts as one item towards your allotment, no matter how many marketplaces you post it on.

  • Example: If you crosspost an item to eBay and Mercari, it still counts as one listing in Foxtail.

Imported Listings

Any listings you import into Foxtail also count towards your allotment.

What happens to unused listings at the end of the billing cycle?

  • Unused posts do NOT expire.

  • Your allotment is always available for managing listings until you reach the maximum number allowed by your plan.

What if I need more or less listings?
