Purchases made through the Apple Store are subject to the App Store’s refund policies. This means Foxtail cannot grant refunds for App Store purchases directly. Instead, follow Apple's directions for requesting a refund. If you experience any issues along the way, please contact Apple Support for assistance.
Android
Purchases made through Google Play are subject to the Play Store's refund policies. This means Foxtail cannot grant refunds for Play Store purchases directly. Instead, follow Google Play's directions for requesting a refund. If you experience any issues along the way, please contact Google Support via the Contact Us button for assistance.
