Foxtail's Bulk Crosslist tool is designed to streamline the process of crosslisting and standardizing your posts across multiple marketplaces. This feature is particularly useful for newcomers to Foxtail, offering a simple and efficient way to import your listings, select desired marketplaces, and let Foxtail's AI handle the rest. Bulk Crosslist's AI will generate marketplace-specific criteria, description, and tags for your review.

Begin by visiting the Listings tab in Foxtail. Click the plus sign in the upper right-hand corner.

Select Bulk crosslist.

Next, select the markets where you would like you posts to appear, and hit Continue.

if it's your first time using Bulk Crosslist, you'll be prompted to create defaults such as shipping preferences.

At any time you can edit your defaults or manually edit listing information before posting. For more details on setting defaults, visit our article: Crosslisting Defaults

Once you've set your preferences, click Save defaults.

Choose the listings you wish to cross-list. As a reminder, Bulk Crosslist will not duplicate listings if you choose markets where your listings already appear.

When you've made your selections, tap Continue.

Foxtail's AI will generate new listings based on your preferences. You can navigate away from this screen while your listings populate.

A summary screen displays your newly generated listings awaiting review. Tap Continue.

From here, you can approve, reject, or further review your listings.

Tapping the Review button allows you to see the full details of each listing, giving you the option to make edits as needed.

After reviewing, choose to approve or reject your listings accordingly.

Approved listings will move to the Ready tab.

When satisfied with your selections, tap the Crosslist button to post your items across the chosen marketplaces.
