How do I change my subscription plan?

At Foxtail, we understand that your reselling needs may change over time. That’s why we offer the flexibility to upgrade or downgrade your subscription plan as needed. This article will guide you through the process of managing your subscription.

Upgrading or Downgrading a Subscription

You can change your subscription tier at any time.

You can only change plans on the platform where you originally subscribed (iOS, Android, or in the browser).

Note: When you downgrade your plan, you will continue to receive the benefits of your existing higher plan until the end of your current billing cycle. On the renewal date, you will be charged for the downgraded plan, and the new monthly limits will take effect.

iOS

  • If you originally signed up in the App Store, tap the Upgrade button in the Foxtail Subscriptions tab, or go to the Settings app on your phone.

  • Under Settings tap [your name] then choose Subscriptions

  • Tap Foxtail > See All Plans > and choose your desired plan. You can learn more about Foxtail plans on the pricing page.

  • Follow any prompts to confirm and enter your payment details.

Android

  • If you originally signed up in the Play Store, Tap the Upgrade button in the Foxtail Subscriptions tab, or open the Play Store on your Android device.

  • Tap your profile icon, then Payments & subscriptions.

  • Choose Subscriptions, tap Foxtail, and choose your desired plan. You can learn more about Foxtail plans on the pricing page.

  • Follow any prompts to confirm and enter your payment details.

Browser

  • If you originally signed up via Stripe, go to the Settings tab of the Foxtail app (gear icon) and tap Subscription.

  • Choose your desired package. For details on what is included in each package, visit our pricing page.

  • Follow the prompts to confirm and enter your payment details.

Cancelling Your Subscription

Remember, you will retain access to all the features of your current subscription plan until the end of your billing cycle, even if you cancel or downgrade.
