At Foxtail, we understand that your reselling needs may change over time. That’s why we offer the flexibility to upgrade or downgrade your subscription plan as needed. This article will guide you through the process of managing your subscription.
What Happens When I Downgrade?
You’ll continue to enjoy the benefits of your current plan until the end of your billing cycle. On your renewal date, the downgraded plan will activate, and the new monthly limits will apply.
Upgrading or Downgrading a Subscription
You can change your subscription tier at any time. Follow the instructions based on where you originally subscribed:
Browser/Desktop (Stripe)
If you subscribed via our web platform, you will make changes through Stripe:
Go to the Settings tab of the Foxtail app (gear icon) and tap Subscription.
2. Select your desired plan. For plan details, visit our pricing page.
3. Follow the prompts to confirm and enter your payment details.
iOS
If you signed up on iOS after November 2024, follow the Browser/Desktop (Stripe) instructions above.
If you signed up on iOS before November 2024:
Tap the Upgrade button in the Foxtail Subscriptions tab, or go to the Settings app on your phone.
2. Under Settings tap your profile icon, then choose Subscriptions
3. Tap Foxtail > See All Plans > and select your desired plan. You can learn more about Foxtail plans on the pricing page.
4. Follow any prompts to confirm and enter your payment details.
Android
If you signed up on Android after November 2024, follow the Browser/Desktop (Stripe) instructions above.
If you signed up on Android before November 2024:
Tap the Upgrade button in the Foxtail Subscriptions tab, or open the Play Store on your Android device.
2. Tap your profile icon, then select Payments & subscriptions.
3. Choose Subscriptions, tap Foxtail, and select your desired plan. You can learn more about Foxtail plans on the pricing page.
4. Follow any prompts to confirm and enter your payment details.
Cancelling Your Subscription

Remember, you will retain access to all the features of your current subscription plan until the end of your billing cycle, even if you cancel or downgrade.
