Untracked Listings
Updated over a week ago

The Untracked tab is the Listings tab in Foxtail, alongside the Active, Draft, Sold, and Deleted tabs. This tab is designed to help you manage listings that are no longer being tracked by Foxtail.

What is an Untracked Listing?

A listing is considered "untracked" if Foxtail is not monitoring it on any marketplace. This can happen for a couple of reasons:

  • Manual Deletion: If you delete a listing directly from a marketplace’s website instead of through Foxtail, we lose the ability to track that listing.

  • System Errors: Occasionally, a bug in our system might incorrectly mark a listing as deleted, even if it’s still active on the marketplace.

Managing Untracked Listings

From within the "Untracked" tab, you have a few options to manage these listings:

  • Relist: This option will recreate the item on the marketplace where it was originally listed.

  • Edit: If you want to update any details of the listing, you can do so from this tab, and then post.

  • Delete: If the listing is no longer needed, you can permanently delete it from your Foxtail account.

This tab makes it easier to ensure that all your listings are accurately tracked and managed within Foxtail. If you notice any discrepancies, you can quickly take action to correct them.
